1. Kirribilli Neighbourhood Centre

Rooms for small intimate functions are available on the ground and first floors. An external lift opening from the back courtyard and the upper back balcony provides disability access between floors. There are two internal staircases.
Both levels have fully equipped kitchens, toilets (including disability) and spacious carpeted hallways and access to front and back balconies. Most rooms have pedestal fans to assist sea breezes in summer and freestanding heaters to keep cosy in the winter months. Chairs and tables are available for around 60 people on either level. The front gardens provide a picturesque meeting place and can be used for photographic opportunities.
The back courtyard is fully secured and is child sensitive with a synthetic turf area, outdoor seating areas, plenty of shade and green throughout the seasons.
• The Gallery The walls of the Gallery on the first floor feature the original sandstone and brick built on site in the 1840’s. The room has high ceilings with picture rails, Tasmanian timber floor and French doors opening onto the balconies that overlook several of Sydney’s famous icons including the Opera House, the Harbour, the Harbour Bridge and the skyline of North Sydney and the city itself. Ceiling fans have recently been fitted. Size: 9m x 5.5m

• Trelawney Room Trelawney has high ceilings and a timber floor and features original fireplaces. Trelawney has a graceful arch midway and a large front window opening onto the front verandah. The rear side door opens into the back courtyard by the old frangipani tree. Size: 9.5m x 4.2m

• McManus Room Located towards the rear of the building on the first floor McManus Room is set up as a Counseling and Meditation room. Light and airy, the carpeted room is furnished with comfortable chairs appropriate for offering professional counseling services. Size: 4.7m x 4.2m

• Thornton and King Rooms Located on the first floor toward the front of the building, Thornton and King Rooms are set around the old hearth. Ideal for workshops, seminars and small group gatherings these rooms provide a light and airy atmosphere. Size: 5.4m x 4.2m

• First Floor Back Balcony Recently refurbished, the ‘tree house’ balcony graciously opens into the shady canopy of the established trees. The original sandstone of this historic building gently dialogues with the rustle of the leaves and day to day urban sounds. A great site for a staff party or twilight cocktail party. • Back Courtyard The back courtyard is fully secured and is child sensitive with a synthetic turf area, small playground, outdoor seating areas, plenty of shade and green throughout the seasons. It’s a great outdoor setting for picnic-style family gatherings and children’s birthday parties. Make children’s participation in celebrations special for the children and relaxing for parents by accessing KNC’s Toy Cupboard. Approximately 75 people

2. The Bowlo on Bradfield Park

Welcome to The Bowlo on Bradfield Park Kirribilli Neighbourhood Centre is establishing a Wellness Centre in the old Bowlo. This low lying building is located off Alfred St on Bradfield Park and looks up to the stanchions that thrust the metal rigging of the Harbour Bridge into the air. The busy and bustling harbor vista can be viewed from the green just outside the entrance.

ROOM FACILITIES The Bowlo is equipped with a commercial kitchen fitted out with stainless steel benches and equipment. Rooms are carpeted and joined with timber corridors. Toilets including disability are readily available
